Today,was fitness day. First we took about 20 minutes doing our blogs the we did the pyramid. This is where you would do one thing like push ups and run to the middle and come back and do a different thing like sit ups then you run to the middle come back and do dip, you do this until you are finish the list, for each of these you do 10 times.Once you are done the list you would start from the top of the list again for 40 minutes the list was push ups,superwomen,lunges,squats,dips,crunches,and burpees. This was tiring after a while.my legs got swore of a while.
