Today in fitness we did fitness testing. First the beep test (got 7.7), then the t-test (14 seconds), next did the board touches ( 8 in 35 seconds) after that did body bridge, plank for 1 min and 10 seconds and then did the reaches and finally did jump and touch 215cm-240cm. I was having a half day so I still pushed myself but not as much.
