Mark

The past 5 months it has been helpful towards my fitness level. Being fit means knowing your limits, knowing what builds my confidences, knowing what and how to take care of my body. I am able to do to that by eating healthy, joining an outside activity,doing fitness when it's not fitness day, getting enough sleep and hydrating myself. During these 5 months I have tried my best during fitness days. This benefits me by getting to know more about my body, what's good and what's bad. The letter grade I think I deserve is 76% and a g.

  1. Karen you have sort of quietly been getting through this year. You do well some days and others seem to find a smile before any sweat. :) I know Simran missing has changed the dynamic for you some so let's make sure you feed off the awesome vibe in our class and keep your spirits up. We definitely need to work on the blog for second semester. Check teacherneufs.blogspot.ca for the questions you can answer, and check the class wiki page for examples from our class. It's not hard, you just need to get into a new habit. :)
