Mark

The past 5 months it has been helpful towards my fitness level. Being fit means knowing your limits, knowing what builds my confidences, knowing what and how to take care of my body. I am able to do to that by eating healthy, joining an outside activity,doing fitness when it's not fitness day, getting enough sleep and hydrating myself. During these 5 months I have tried my best during fitness days. This benefits me by getting to know more about my body, what's good and what's bad. The letter grade I think I deserve is 76% and a g. 

Fitness day

Today we did the beep test for fitness. I was having an off day so I didn't do as well as usual but I still set a goal of reaching 7 on the beep test and I achieved that goal by getting 7.2.
