Today,we had seven people in our class so it was a choice day for us. We could either do zomba, capture the flag or speed ball. I choice to play capture the flag so I joined Mr.Vaughan's class who was vs Mr.Pederson's class. It was easier to get the frisbee's across then the football.Our defense wasn't that good but our offense was great. It was lots fun playing other new people. Afterward I helped gather the cones with Ashley.

May 16 2014 Fitness
Today, we did the hill run at City Hall. We did the hill run differently then before, this time we did the seven times to the same come and then run again seven time to another cone and run again seven time to a different cone. I found it much easier this way. I started getting a cramp on the last seven set but i pushed through that. The next day my legs were sore but I felt great.
May 14 2014 Choice
Today we started off the gym class by getting in groups of 8 each group took out their
own garbage bin and we started cleaning up litter off the
school grounds.While we were picking up the garbage on the lower field, Yulia
found a dead bird in a slurpee cup and everyone was afraid to pick it up and throw it away. Afterward we got a choice of whatever we wanted to play on the field. I decided to play ultimate mainly because I played capture the flag so many times and I know I would not do anything if i chose baseball so i played ultimate.We divided the team by having the same about of girls and boys on each team which worked out to the point were one team stopped trying so then we changed the teams up and it came to be that the two teams were evenly matched. At the beginning I got the frisbee twice at the end zone, near the end I started getting butter fingers which wasn't great but still I had fun.
May 8 2014 Choice
Today the Aim Games were going on, so all of the PE classes were outside.We had a choice of either playing baseball, ultimate or soccer. I chose to play ultimate because I wanted to see if I had improved since last time I played and mainly because this is one of the few sports that I'm good at. This time i tried more harder to get open, run to the end zone, and try to help my teammates if they needed it. Basically I was more aware of what was going on because there was fewer people playing. I even got to throw the frisbee first to start the game: I never done that before.About 20 minutes later more people joined us. The game got much easier to run to the end zone and get a person to through the frisbee to you. It was a lot of fun even though I had butter figures for most of the game.
May 6 2014 Fitness Day
Today for fitness we did the fitness testing which includes beep test, t- test, touches,etc. Today was an okay day the fitness testing isn't my favorite fitness activity but its okay. On the beep test I got 7.9 I improved then last time but I could have still go on but I don't know I just stopped.On the t - test i got 14 seconds stayed the same as last time. The hand reach and touch was also same level one.

April 29 2014 - Fitness Day
Today for fitness, we did the pond run. We needed a group of four and a bean bag. Each time a different person would run will the bean bag. Every person would have done at least 5 or 6 laps around the pond. You had to run the entire pond so you had to pace yourself. It helped if you looked down the entire time you were running. It was tiring but we did get enough rest until our turn came again.

April 11 2014 - fitness Day
Today for fitness we went outside and did the hill run. I ran up the hill 6 times,It was difficult running up hill especially when you see the end zone and you want to start walking but you just can't because you are basically cheating yourself by doing that. The next day my legs wore sore but i felt great about my body. I like doing the city hall hill better because it easier for me but for this hill it was a bit challenging.

April 25 2014 - Fitness Day
Today for fitness we went outside and did relays. I enjoyed doing relays. I liked the second part better then the first part. The first part was to make a group of 5 and run around the field and every time a person for the back of the line would ran to the front. The second part was, the same group was put in a spot so when it started a team member would ran up to you and pass you the baton and you will ran and the baton to the next member on your team and so on until you reach the finish line.
April 23 2014 - Large Gym
Today, another class joined our class to play dodge-ball, nine pin dodgeball, but before that we warmed up by playing rock, paper, scissors but in a different way. You had to ran up to another person do jumping jacks three times and stop at a position either rock, paper, or scissors and if you win the round you will run to another person but if you lost you had to run back to your team and the next person in your team had to ran up to that person.It was something that I haven't done before, it was fun, i enjoyed the warm up and don't mind doing that again.
April 17 2014 - Choice
Today we had Choice, I choose to play volleyball. There were lots of people who wanted to play volleyball so it was over crowed but we made it work by rotating people in and out, having more people on the court, and by changing the rules to keep it more interesting. It was fun because we kept the ball going with more people on each team.
April 15 2014 - Fitness Day
Today, we did the community run for fitness. This was one of the worst results I got in the community run. I don't know want happened but this does motivate me to do better next time.
